When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once it has been dispatched and you have received a dispatch confirmation from us.

If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ivyandco-london.com. If your order has already been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

Section 6 – Products and pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never store full payment details on our servers.

We process refunds within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
