Returns window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After this period, we're unfortunately unable to accept return requests.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition with tags still attached, and free from any signs of wear or damage. Items that don't meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at support@ivyandco-london.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us — items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return postage costs

Return postage is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@ivyandco-london.com. In these cases we'll cover the return postage and put things right.

Exchanges

Looking for a different size or style? Email us at support@ivyandco-london.com with your order number and what you'd like instead.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 7 working days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 working days, please contact us at support@ivyandco-london.com.
